As an Energy Star® Partner for over a decade, we continually look for new ways to ensure that your new Gallery Custom Home will help you to conserve energy and resources. In November of 2009, we executed sweeping changes to our efficiency standards by carrying our Energy Star® certification program into each and every home we build.

Energy saving features incorporated into each Gallery Custom Home include**:

• Radiant Barrier Roof Decking
• Double-paned, insulated, low-E, Vinyl Windows
• Industry-leading Air Conditioning systems up to 16* SEER on homes with gas units, and up to 15* SEER on homes built with electric HVAC systems.
• Poly-Seal on all Infiltration Areas
• R-38 blown-in fiberglass insulation in flat ceiling areas.

Please consult an on-site sales manager for Energy Star® information, and for address specific certification details on inventory homes. **Homes permitted or built prior to November 20, 2009 may have different energy efficiency features/standards. *SEER ratings are applicable to homes engineered and/or built after 4/1/2010.
