He is always pleasant and pays attention to detail. When I have had a question, he has answered it honestly. If he has not known the answer he has always gotten back to me very quickly. When my wife had a question about how the light fixture over the garage worked, he came down to the house, got up on the ladder, and changed the bulb himself!
When you buy something these days, you always wonder if the service will be there after the sale. We think the reason it has been with our salesperson is because he genuinely cares about his customers. We feel as though he is one of our friends now.
